Is debt collection free?

No. Uploading a claim through this portal is free. Partner recovery is usually charged as a fixed percentage of what they collect, agreed before they act. That is not free recovery.

What does no collection, no fee mean?

It usually means the partner’s commission is only taken if funds are recovered. You still agree the percentage first. Court and solicitor costs are separate if you authorise them later.

Do you take a percentage?

PASECOM GROUP LTD introduces the file. The partner agencys own terms and commission apply once you instruct them. We are not the collector.

Can I add the partner’s fee to the debtor’s invoice?

Sometimes reasonable recovery costs can be claimed under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 on a qualifying contract. That does not always cover the full commission. The partner will say what they can add.
